Yesterday I went to the shop in Adigeo to buy 1 pair of shoes instead of 1 I bought 3 thanks to Flavio's expertise and his availability. I am a regular customer of this shop and I have always felt good especially with Flavio. By the way, the shoes Flavio ordered for online in the shop arrived the next day. I congratulate all the staff and the shop itself. This afternoon I went to make a purchase in this shop and the girl with the tattoo on her arm and then the curly-haired boy followed me perfectly, answering my questions and they managed to point me to a "different" product from the (nike shox ) that I was initially looking for. The product is of excellent quality, but above all I would like to congratulate these two guys, because they managed to follow me without problems, proving to be kind and even nice. My compliments.
It is not my habit to complain, I have often bought in this beautiful and well-stocked shop, but alas the salesmen are very very very RUDE.
Today we can buy online, but I find it correct to try to buy in stores and help the economy AND EMPLOYEE JOBS rather than the giants of the web.
But if they get you so better off going to another store, HERE WE WERE VERY BAD.

I'm not used to writing reviews like this, but being the second time my boyfriend and I have been treated badly by the same clerk who works at this store, I feel like I have to.
We all do the same job and the situation we find ourselves in is difficult to manage inside a store and we know it well.
However, I think that education and respect for the customer should never be lacking, because otherwise, alas, it is not the right job.
The short, curly dark-haired boy (I don't know if he is responsible, I sincerely hope not) for the only and last two times we entered has always been irritating.
The first giving us incorrect and inadequate information, I presume for the little desire to listen to and serve us, the second instead not giving us the time to enter by responding in a bad way with arrogance and arrogance with a lot of final giggle.
At this point we left immediately and promised to never set foot in this store again!
I'm sorry but I really think that this person has the wrong job, I've been doing it for 8 years and I know very well that a bad day can happen or the moment when a misunderstanding with a customer can happen.
But I assure you that neither of these was the case as we have always addressed each other politely and with respect.
Bad service. After 8 days of waiting for having ordered two pairs of shoes already paid for. Still no news.
