The aquarium itself was well build and It looked really nice inside and out but theres some serious concern for the animals. The dolphin show was clearly very unnatural and probably the animals were abused in order to perform these tricks. You do not get to see the dolphins and other performing animals habitats and I ask why not? there clearly hiding the living conditions of these animals. They perform 2-3 times a day receiving tremendous amounts of fish and having to perform multiple times. These dolphins and animals are probably wild caught or results from serious over breeding. Even the animals on display inside the aquarium where clearly given improper husbandry and very small tanks. I wouldn't support this place because of the animal abuse and neglect going on even though the aquarium itself is nice.
Wow, it's definitely must go when you travel vladivostok. It's more pretty and fun than KLCC aquarium.

Awesome place to visit, a very surreal and cerebral experience.
The dolphinarium is a must so plan well to include 1100 or 1500 showtime. The rest of the visit takes around 1-1.5 hrs. There's a good park at the back - don't miss it! We took bus 15 from the city and back. 28rub per person one way. A very convenient way to travel though time consuming due to many stops. A great local bus ride experience+oceanarium would be great planning. Can even combine eagle nest view on the way back with bus 15. Need to be mindful with the stop though.
I’ve been to a number of oceanariums and aquariums including SeaWorld Orlando.
It’s definitely worth a visit. New modern building with great displays. Quite crowded cafeteria, but well... what else can you expect, everyone gets hungry. Excellent dolphins show. Make sure you check the schedule in advance and buy the tickets. Overall, very good impression.
