Our stay at Hotel Ambiance was really wonderful...
The view on the Matterhorn from the room, the location of the Hotel, the quality of the breakfast (included) and last but not least the lovely team...
We had a very warm welcome and every of our requests were more than fulfilled.
Plus, we truly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking.
Everything meets top quality level and will perfectly suit families, couples, or hikers.

Perfect location, clean, excellent and helpful staff and very good buffet breakfast. The name suits the presence, it has a nice ambience. We had a room with a view to Matterhorn, which was really beautiful, waking up in the morning, one can sit for hours just looking at this mountain. The only thing, which was not comfortable for me - a bed mattress. It was not firm enough for my back and I could not rest well. We used jacuzzi, facing Matterhorn, which stops bubbling time to time and we didn't stay much in it because of that. There is a sauna, but we didn't use it. The hotel complimentary arranged our pick up/drop off from/to the train station. On the check out we've been given a couple of bottles of water, which was nice. The hotel also arranges a lunch box for CHF 8/box (has a bottle of water, a sandwich, a fruit), but we didn't order it.
This hotel was very good.The room was beautiful and the service was a gentleman.If you want to go at zermatt this is the perfect hotel!
We stayed at a room with view. It was really beautiful! The room was renovated recently and it was clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast quite a lot. This hotel provides more than a regular 3-star hotel.
We stayed here recently and it was our first time visiting Zermatt. We booked the room with view of Matterhorn and we got a room on 1st floor. The hotel is amazing, very comfortable and quiet so we had the best sleep ever during our trip in Switzerland. The staff was very friendly and informative. The breakfast was fantastic, the best croissant and coffee we’ve had in Switzerland!
