Reviews from visitors:
The team there led by the shakers and movers are at the 10 yard line and they got 90 yards to go make it right. Regardless that they got where they came from with some triumphant accomplishments, they are now playing in a game of business at Rampart Gallery where they are showing and performing like when the Saints and fans had been known to wear paper bags over their heads.
It's a whole new other business playing field and they got mud on their eyes and it diffiently is blinding them though they are playing in denials like little kids in a big boys business world.
I love them all but how can all of them still not see the light?
Artists, I want to share my experience so you know what to expect with this gallery. I have had a frame broken (not replaced or paid for), found my paintings (and others’) hung with thumb tacks, my paintings stacked on the floor with dust and debris and I walked in during open hours to show someone my artwork and it was in a room with the lights turned off and the door to that room closed. I know of another artist that found a screw that had punctured their painting! (To be fair, they did resolve the isolated paintings in the room with the lights off since I informed them of my concerns).
I have had no return on investment over my 3 months at the gallery. I have had much more success on my own website (which I barely have time to market for, but somehow performs better than a gallery).
Great art and great prices. It's also in a great location by the corner of Armstrong Park.
Fresh new place. Expansive with many artist represented.
Beautiful, quiet gallery on the corner!
