I saw a piece of art in someone’s home in the real estate section of the newspaper. I screen shot it, printed it out and put it in my file. A couple of years later, I saw another piece at a friends home. It’s hard to get down to the quarter when you live out of town. Had to come in for a funeral and made it to the gallery. The piece I originally liked was there but the piece I thought I would like the least was fabulous. Such hard decisions. Solution: get 2. They are hung in my home and they are lovely. Thank you Mr. Harouni. I smile a little more everyday just looking at your work.
I was unable to leave the most entrancing work I have seen in my life... the textures the colors indeed a modern icon.
An absolute treasure to the art world, as well as New Orleans. David is both magically artistic and humble. His work is his life. He is a living legend.
I love this gallery and David's art.
I just looked at a painting and cant get it out of my mind. Need to figure out how to buy it before it is gone. Dark and beautiful art. Very, very talented.
